Pascale Minder, sommelier-caviste, is a graduate of the University of Wine at Suze la Rousse.

Living in the Drôme since 2016, I've travelled all over the region to bring you the best of what is still so little known: perched medieval villages, magnificent landscapes, talented craftsmen, winegrowers and farmers committed to quality production...

We look forward to welcoming you to an exceptional setting to taste and discover the wines of the Rhône Valley and other regions with our Wine Club.
